RETURN POLICY
At HR TECH STORE, we strive to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:
  • The item received is damaged during shipping.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or arrives non-functional.
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact HR TECH STORE within 7 days of delivery and provide:
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the problem (if applicable)
Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if the claim is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Compatibility issues not confirmed with our team before purchase.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper installation, liquid damage, power surges, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or serial number labels.
  • Products reported after the return eligibility period.
Inspection
All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. HR TECH STORE reserves the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Special Order & Imported Products
Certain products, including special-order, imported, or high-value electronics such as projectors, may be subject to additional verification before a return is approved.
Approved Returns
Once a return is approved and processed, compensation will be provided in accordance with our Store Credit & Refund Policy. 

STORE CREDIT & REFUND POLICY
At HR TECH STORE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of consumer electronics and imported technology products, we generally do not offer refunds for returned products.
Store Credit
Approved returns are eligible for store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase on HR TECH STORE.
Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.
Cash Refunds
Cash refunds will only be considered in the following circumstance:
  • The customer chooses to use their approved store credit toward a replacement product, but the intended replacement product is permanently unavailable or out of stock with no expected restock date.
In such cases, HR TECH STORE may issue a refund equal to the approved store credit amount through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Replacement Options
Where applicable, customers may choose from:
  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
  • Alternative product of equal or greater value (with payment of any price difference)
  • Store credit for future purchases
